I just got my cash invite and faxed my paperwork today. How often do you cash in? Do you do it at set dollar amounts or set times of the month? How long does it take the funds to get to paypal?

Posting articles earns points.
Commenting on other people's articles earns points.
Having other people comment on your articles earns points.

How do you determine the start and stop times for points for the month? Is is based on midnight eastern time for the stop and start time? I know my points last updated about an hour before midnight eastern . . . more
